Lecture and practical focus on DC/AC operations and how to utilize controls, safety chain, and implementation, operation, and troubleshooting of DC/AC circuit symbols. Use of schematics to demonstrate each form of electrical current and transmission.

GENERATORS

In-depth analysis of different types of generators used in industrial wind turbine systems -- DFIG, PMDD, and Synchronous generation.

SUPERVISORY CONTROL & DATA AQUISITION SYSTEMS (SCADA)

(Lecture & Lab) Overview focused on understanding how previous days training components provide information to RMDC (Remote Monitoring and Data Collection) and R.O.C. (Remote Operations Center) system integration, reporting with a focus on strip recorders and parameters.
